- A 10% restocking fee may apply to approved refunds.

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost.
π How to Start a Return
Email support@youthrite.com with your order number and photos if needed. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5β10 business days.
Exceptions
- Items bought with financing (e.g., Klarna/Sezzle) may receive store credit.
- Discounted or promotional items may have different eligibility.

Tracking Information
- Every order includes a tracking number sent via email when your package ships.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order β we cannot reroute packages once shipped.
Failed Deliveries & Lost Packages
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If you believe your package is lost or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. Claims must be filed with us within 7 days of the marked delivery date, including evidence such as shipping confirmation and carrier correspondence.
