Overview

We want you to shop confidently. Eligible products may be returned for a refund within 90 days of delivery if they meet our return criteria.


Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging
  • Returned within 90 days of delivery

🔄 Faulty or Broken Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Report it within 14 days of delivery with photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost.

📦 How to Start a Return

Email support@youthrite.com with your order number and photos if needed.

We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.


🚚 Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • 10% restocking fee may apply to approved refunds.
  • Original shipping charges and customs duties are non-refundable.

💰 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions:

  • Items bought with financing (e.g., Klarna/Sezzle) may receive store credit.
  • Discounted or promotional items may have different eligibility.
